UX Designer for IBM’s Outthink Disruption Dashboard at Mobile World Congress, I crafted a seamless attendee journey using motion-sensor tech and interactive displays. My role included designing intuitive flows, high-fidelity wireframes, and data visualizations, guiding users through industry-specific insights on IBM’s mobile and big data solutions. Through bold UX and cohesive style guides, I elevated IBM’s brand engagement for nearly 100,000 global attendees.

Designed an interactive experience on the tradeshow floor, creating a digital particle waterfall allowing attendees to learn about big data and analytics, cloud, and social technologies to help organizations capture new markets and reach more users.
IBM has more than 4,300 patents in mobile, social and security, which have been incorporated into IBM Mobile solutions that address the mobile challenges of industries such as Banking, Insurance, Retail, Transport, Telecom, Government, Healthcare and Automotive
Attendee Experience and Journey Map
Attendee approaches — Motion sensor detects the user and generates a “data avatar” on the Attract screen. Avatar reflects attendee’s movements
Controller — Attendee uses control screen to make a selection from 5 industries case studies
Attract — Data Visualization appear based on color and messaging for each industry
Deep Dive — On the controller screen, the attend is served up premise setter for the category, industry scenario videos, and case studies. The attendee easily alternate between types and industries
Passive Mode — If inactive, the Attract screen displays data visualizations along with key messaging and branding.
