Collaborating with R+Co, I led the vision and strategy to transform their brand into a 360° lifestyle experience, focusing on the “Own the Bathroom” initiative. Leveraging their 1600 salon partners and 420k+ Instagram tags, we created product prototypes to test market demand with partners and end-customers. We capitalized on the 55% of curation-based subscriptions, a $2.6 billion industry, reflecting growing demand for personalized, premium experiences. This strategy aimed to increase market reach by 5-10%, leveraging limited pre-sold quantities and R+Co’s loyal customer base for rapid growth.
